Patrick Vasquez

Director and Senior Consultant

Qualified Welfare Worker, Front Line Manager as well as Training and Assessment. Patrick has a wealth of experience in community work having spent 6 years in the public service in policy development and community liaison roles, 10 years managing employment services and 15 years in middle management roles in disability support services. Extensive experience in policy analysis and hands-on work on the development and implementation of the NDIS. Extensive experience in preparing organisations for the NDIS.

Moises Espinoza

Senior Consultant

Specialist in Conflict Facilitation and Organisational Change with a background in Information Technology. Moises has worked in multiple projects globally as a business consultant with a deep interest in cross-cultural and diversity issues. He focuses on identifying the source of resistance to change in organisations and individuals, applying a process-oriented and systemic approach. He is also a trained Music Therapist with significant experience in the Disability and Aged Care sector.

Steven Rees

Co Presenter Disability Awareness

Steve is a disability advocate and presenter in Disability Awareness Training. He is a professional skater and is passionate about the rights of people with disability to enjoy equal opportunities and a world free of discrimination. An articulate co-presenter who brings his life experience of living with a physical disability to create greater awareness and inclusion for people with a disability.
